We are looking for an Ad Operations Associate to join our growing ad operations team. As an Associate you will work closely with our Ad Ops team to ensure ad campaign setups, monitoring performance of the campaigns and reporting. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Ad Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage key digital ad operations processes, including inventory management and forecasting, ad delivery, and ad campaign trafficking
• Analyze campaign performance, delivery, and pacing to guarantee client's expectations
• Provide support to advertising clients
• Serving as subject matter expert for partner dashboards and proprietary internal products while reinforcing best practices
Experience/Qualifications
• 1 -2 years experience in digital ad operations or QA at a publisher, ad agency or adnetwork
• Analytical, project management, deadline-driven, and process-oriented personality
• Familiarity with OTT advertising a plus
• Experience in display and video advertising with a premium publisher or agency
• Experience with IAB VAST
• Experience with DFP and digital ad serving tools for video and display
