We are looking for a talented UI Designer able to create amazing user experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have an eye for innovative design, possess superior UI skills gather requirements and translate them into prototypes, mock-ups and intuitive, and functional user flows.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with management and development to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Assess the usability, workflow and overall look and feel of current and newly created system components
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Work collaboratively with QA to follow requirements during the lifecycle of the product
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback• Establish and adhere to design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Maintains consistency
• Any other duties as assigned
• 2 years Proven UI experience
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio of design systems
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to create and present UI designs to various stakeholders and take feedback
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• BS/MS in Design, or related/equivalent professional training
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
